EFFECT: Performer displays a beautiful white cup & saucer set. Liquid (tea, coffee, cola, etc.) is poured into the cup. The liquid is really poured into the cup, the audience can see the liquid enter the cup. The cup is removed from the saucer and the saucer is placed onto the table. Performer steps forward to the footlights, with the full cup of liquid, and apparently tosses the contents of the cup at the audience, but there is a shower of confetti, instead. Your audience will shriek with excitement but will be pleasantly surprised at the sudden change of liquid to confetti.
