The performer displays an empty cylinder, a clear glass & another glass full of liquid.
The liquid is poured into the cylinder but magically it doesn't fall out of the empty tube.
A handkerchief or silk is now past through the cylinder to prove it's empty.
Finally the clear glass is passed through the cylinder and emerges full of liquid.
