To proof that the ring is completely trapped, you lift the end of the hank, and all can see that the ring is still there hanging on the shaft. WITHOUT the spectator releasing his grasp, your empty hand goes under the hank and frees the ring, which drops down onto the table! Remove the hank. All can be examined. A VERY STRONG EFFECT!
