One of the classic that always has amused - and still does! A borrowed bill is signed and placed in an envelope. The envelope is placed in a stand which is standing in front of a candle. The candle "accidentally" tilts over setting the envelope on fire.
The signed bill then appears in another envelope which inisde of your wallet.
