A "switch board" with four colored LEDs and 4 corresponding switches is shown. You demonstrate that only the switch under the light (of the same color) controls that light. You then interchange the LEDs (plugs) at random. The switch of the corresponding color still controls that LED regardless of which socket it is plugged into. It's quite baffling!
