The Zimmer Shaker is one of the easiest gadgets to use to vanish a marked coin. Looks so innocent; what could be more natural than an acrylic salt shaker?
Imagine borrowing a quarter and having it marked. Then the quarter is dropped into a salt-filled shaker and the shaker sealed. Moments later the marked coin is reproduced in a Quarter-Go Box Quarter-go; Brass Nest of Boxes Brass Nest or in Zimmerman's own PLONK PLONK.
