A mysterious twist on a classic effect. A borrowed $100 bill is marked with a sigil of protection. It is put in one of 3 envelopes. The other envelopes hold slips of newspaper. Three lighters are proven to operate and are randomly selected by 3 spectators. The envelopes are mixed by the spectators and handed, in order, to each spectator. You claim the sigil will protect the money through the powers of nature. The first spectator ignites his lighter and burns his envelope. The second spectator does the same. The final spectator cannot light his lighter! The remaining envelope is unharmed! When the envelope is opened, it contains the borrowed money. Whew! Finally, the sigil is erased from the $100 bill, and without the sigil to protect it the money starts burning. You quickly extinguish it and take your bows. Five antique bells are suspended on different lengths of cord from a clear Lucite tube. The performer holds the tube at arm's length and asks a spectator to choose one of the bells. On command, the bell begins to swing. At first, ever so slightly, and then it picks up momentum until it is swinging wildly. The spectator is asked to make another choice, and upon doing so, the first bell returns to its previous state of quiescence while the second begins to swing. No forces, no sleights, no threads, and everything can be immediately examined. Can be used to locate a selected card. Great for metaphysical and spirit routines, or just plain fun. A blank CD is placed in a cut out frame. Covered for an instant with a silk, the CD changes to a different colored one. Covered once again, the CD vanishes. An amazing block penetration effect by Magician Campbell McRae of Scotland An effect that has won praise from many top performing magicians. Suitable for stage, yet can be performed inches from your audience. The apparatus comprises of a wooden tube, with large see through holes at both ends, a solid block about 2" in size, and a brass wand. The cube is placed in the tube, visible at all times through the hole. The wand is passed through the cube and tube, locking the cube firmly in the tube. Then with a tap, the cube visibly penetrates off the wand. There have been similar effects before, but none so clean and convincing. And the best part is that you have almost nothing to do, other than follow the instructions. The effect almost works itself. The magician walks on stage carrying a beautifully crafted wooden box. The box is designed with a light wood finish on the outside and a dark wood finish on the inside. He lays it on his table and proceeds to turn the whole box completely Inside out. The audience can clearly see both faces of every side of the box. After completely unfolding and re-assemblingthe box the magician produces a variety of articles from within. The ISO Box is the creation of Magician Campbell McRae of Scotland. The box measures 10" long, and 7" wide and 7" deep. It is sturdily crafted from Marine plywood. Just the working and construction of the box are intriguing - with the production of a sizable load seemingly impossible. |
The performer places borrowed watch in a small paper bag and sets in full view of the audience. He then brings out a real can of Corn. "I am going to make a bet with you. I am going to try to make the hands on your watch spin around moving forward in time a full six hours from now. If I fail, you get to take this lovely departing gift home (point to the can) for you and your family to enjoy. But if I am successful, then I keep your watch; fair enough?" (Regardless of the answer the performer continues). (The performer picks up the bag and looks inside), "Hummm, nothing yet. Let me put my full mental capacity into this" (the performer holds his hands above the bag and concentrates; he looks inside and still nothing). "Well, I guess this trick is a bust", (and in so saying he blows up the bag and pops it-the watch has vanished!). "Gee, I'm sorry, but as I said you do get to take this lovely gift home. But you know, it's really not fair to the others in the audience. I only have one can and there are so many. I think you should share some of your good fortune with the rest. Please take this can opener and open the can and pour the contents into this bowl. I have spoons for everyone". (The spectator opens the can and pours out the contents. To everyone's amazement along with the fresh corn is the SPECTATOR'S WATCH! The watch is unharmed because it is sealed inside a plastic bag. The contents of the can are real. The can can be examined and if you look at photo #3 you are actually looking at the gimmick and it is impossible to detect! You receive the sample can, special gimmick and complete instructions. Any 14 oz. can will work. This is a Collectors Workshop original and while copied, never equaled. The gimmick will last a lifetime and is fully guaranteed. |
This is a true classic of magic with modern appeal! You will want one of these in your show! You display a lit standard size candle sitting on a nicely turned wood base. A gleaming chrome tube is shown empty. Just touch the flame and a brilliant flash of fire appears! The tube is placed over the candle to extinguish the flame. With a wave of your wand the cover is removed and the candle has transformed into a beautiful flower bouquet. The candlehas vanished!
