TransMental GemSation - Viking

A brass case with threaded lid and 5 brass rods, each adorned by a beautiful gemstone are displayed. A spectator is invited to participate in an experiment of thought transference usingthese elegant props. The spectator is asked to seal one of the rods inside the brass case and to place the remaining rods away from the magicians view. The magician can be in anotherroom when this is done yet upon returning he knows exactly which rod is sealed in the case and immediately names the color of the hidden gemstone!Can be repeated with equal success.
